We are  looking for high performing consultants to join our expanding Dallas office. The ideal candidate has demonstrated the ability to successfully deliver meaningful client results, independently and with a team of consultants and clients. Candidates must be willing and able to tackle complex problems while helping build out our growing firm’s capabilities.

What we look for in a consultant:

• Levels: Senior Consultants & Engagement Managers
• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience at an MBB firm, “Big Four” or another top-tier consulting firm
• 5 – 15 years of overall professional experience
• Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Superior level of client facing and client delivery skills
• Versatility: demonstrated ability to succeed in a variety of client and project domains across multiple industries
• Self-starters who possess an entrepreneurial spirit
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
• Excellent people management skills, including the ability to influence, negotiate and achieve results through others who are not direct reports
• Ability to travel, as needed
• References available

What you’ll do:

• Work directly with Client leadership to understand their needs, their business, how success is defined, and ensure Concentre is exceeding expectations in delivery and developing valued solutions
• Play an active role in analyzing project goals, creating a plan to achieve those goals, and driving team members and client stakeholders to achieve results
• Play a key role in the day-to-day execution of the engagement
• Drive the conceptualization, development, presentation, and quality of final project deliverables
• Coach and mentor less senior colleagues to build their skills
