The Next Level Show: Business Strategies & the Technology Function

Recently, I had the pleasure of joining Steven Neuner and Bob Gibbons on their entrepreneurial radio segment, The Next Level Show. Their tagline is “Conversations that Propel Business.” I hope my interview has done just that.

The interview felt quick, but we were able to cover a lot of ground when it comes to the topic of business and technology strategies. We discussed how Concentre fits into the realm of management consulting, what sets us apart, and why our work is incredibly important to me.

Some of the highlighted, thought-provoking questions that were posed were:

  • How does a large organization know when they need to hire a company like Concentre? How good are they at recognizing they need outside help?
  • Doesn’t your team threaten the IT infrastructure within the organizations?
  • The CIO is the main position you interact with, but does your company need to get buy-in from higher up?
  • What do you do when your leadership is not aligned with what your 10-year target of the business should be?
